From the “act of passion” to femicide: gender-based violence in Hispanic American literature featured in a two-day academic event held on April 22 and 23, titled “El paso del crimen pasional al feminicidio en la narrativa hispanoamericana contemporánea“.
The event will feature Prof. Juan Ramón Muñoz Sánchez (Universidad de Jaén) as a guest speaker, who will provide the critical and analytical framework to interpret 20th and 21st-century Hispanic American narrative through the lens of gender-based abuse and femicide.
