On Tuesday, October 15, the second Food Talk, entitled “Food Narrates Nigeria: A Culinary Journey Through Representations in Ethnic Cuisine and Literary Depictions”, will take place in SMT.01 Santa Marta Campus (Via Cantarane 24). The presentation, featuring Dr. Aminat Emma Badmus.
This event is part of a series of meetings curated by Professors Chiara Battisti and Sidia Fiorato, aimed at exploring the role of food and the culinary traditions of different cultures in world literature.
The talk will be followed by a free, themed aperitif featuring typical Nigerian dishes. These meetings are open to the public and aim to promote dialogue and social inclusion within the community, and they are part of the Inclusive Humanities excellence project.
