The second free and public performance of Festivab\u00eclia 2024<\/em> will take place on Thursday, November 14, starting at 8:30 PM, at Teatro Camploy (Via Cantarane 32, VR), with the title:<\/p>\n

SPAZIO DENTRO. STORIA DI UN CORTILE (SPACE INSIDE. STORY OF A COURTYARD)<\/strong>

In Rome, in the Rebibbia district, there is a courtyard known as “the walking space.” It lies between two tall red-brick buildings where women deprived of personal freedom live. Counting the steps to get there, crossing both real and metaphorical thresholds, sparks a surprising journey where the story to be told is never just one.<\/p>\n

The performance originated from a theater workshop conducted inside Rebibbia prison with a group of female inmates. It was created as part of the Third Mission projects “Promoting the Well-being of Women in Prison. The Space of Punishment, the Punishment of Space”<\/em> and “For a Necessary Theater. University, Prison, and School: An Inclusive Model for Public Engagement and Integrated Education Through Theater.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
